Design & development is done under one roof. The costumer is provided fullest support right from scratch till the products is brought to production stage.

Development of press part is equally defined with the respective quality & dimensional stabilities.
We are into various kind of product development right from industrials, automobile, electrical, electronics, irrigation, pump parts.

We are making pressure die casting dies too for subjects like home appliances, automotive industries, electrical equipment in mazak or aluminum.

We have enough experience with engineering plastics like filled & unfilled PC, NYLON, ARNITES, ACETALS, as well as blending of Polymers & TPES, SILICANS, SPECIAL RUBBERS.
Basically doing custom tooling & part mouldings for few merchant exporters who are in touch with European market. We too are exporting moulds & moulded parts to European & US market.
We are processors of specialty polymers like PEEK, PES, POLYSULPHONE, PPS etc. We are in the process of moulding of intricate parts of just. .4 to .5 mm wall.
